We also have a personal database of over 10,000 households that receive periodic newsletters from us which also promotes your rental property to those households as well as their friends, relatives and co-workers.
Once a prospective tenant is found we process their application (obtain a credit report, employment verification, criminal background check, check references, etc.), negotiate the specific terms of the lease, prepare all documents, collect certified funds for rent and deposits, supervise and document the walk through inspection of the property and supply the keys, remotes, etc. to the tenant. Our continuing “management” services include collecting the rent, handling tenant communications, homeowners’ association issues, arranging for repairs, remitting payment of any expenses and disbursing the net income to YOU, the Owner. At no additional cost we also perform another critical service that helps insure that the tenant is abiding by the lease and caring for the property.
